These terms apply when you use Lofee to create, edit, listen to or download music. Please use the service lawfully and respect other people’s rights.
Your account
Keep your sign-in access secure and provide accurate account information. Do not bypass credit limits, create accounts to abuse free allowances, interfere with other accounts or misuse the service. We may restrict access to investigate or prevent abuse.
Your music and uploads
Only upload reference audio you have permission to use. You remain responsible for your prompts, uploads and how you use or distribute the results. Lofee processes your content to provide the features you request; saved customer tracks are not automatically published.
Generated music can contain unexpected or similar elements. We do not promise exclusive ownership, copyright protection or freedom from third-party claims. Personal or commercial use must comply with applicable rights and conditions. Check that a track is suitable for your project before publishing it.
Generation results
Length, tempo, instruments and ambience are creative instructions, not exact guarantees. A creation may include multiple takes even when style variation is off. Review and listen to your results before using them.
Credits and subscriptions
The selected offer and checkout show the price, currency, credit allowance and billing period. One-time packs do not renew and last for 12 months. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and their credits expire at the end of the billing cycle without rollover. The Free plan refreshes 30 credits each month starting with your first generation, without rollover.
You can cancel future subscription renewals from Usage & credits or Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Existing purchases retain the terms shown when purchased.
Credits are reserved when a generation or edit starts. Confirmed failed requests are refunded to your Lofee balance; requests with an uncertain outcome remain reserved until reconciled. A result that differs from a creative instruction is not automatically a failed request.
Billing help
For a billing mistake or refund request, contact support with your account email and payment date. We review requests individually. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that apply by law.
Availability and changes
Features may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, capacity or technical reasons. We may update these terms and offers; current details will appear on the site. Contact support if a change affects a purchase or saved work.
